Job Title: Sr. Quality Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our face-paced aerospace manufacturing team. This position will work under the direction of the Director of Operations. The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems and ensuring continuous production and consistency with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to driving quality improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, etc.). Lead all quality assurance and quality control initiatives across the manufacturing process. Supervise the QA/QC team and support employee development, training, and performance management. Monitor production and inspection processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Analyze data from production and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Manage audits (internal, customer, and third-party), including documentation and corrective action planning. Lead root cause analysis and

corrective/preventive

actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with customers and suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, etc.) to promote a culture of quality. Develop and report on key quality performance metrics (KPIs). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to quality processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Deep knowledge of GD&T Working knowledge of Aerospace OEM's engineering and documentation. 5+ years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of quality inspection equipment such as CMM, Faro Arm, etc. Proven experience with quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing). Certification(s) preferred: CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. Strong knowledge of statistical methods and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality management software.

Working Conditions: Working conditions consist of office and shop floor environment. Other than safety glasses and closed-toed shoes, additional personal protective equipment is generally not required. Overtime may be required to accommodate priorities and deadlines.
