Background: Machine Operators are responsible for setting up and operating various types of production machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves close interaction with production team members, quality assurance technicians, and maintenance personnel to ensure optimal output, efficiency, and product quality, while maintaining a clean and professional workspace. Machine Operators follow established procedures and guidelines to perform tasks accurately and on time, in alignment with product specifications. They are responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, monitoring product quality, and coordinating with the quality team and material handlers to ensure efficient line operations. Work Environment:

This role frequently involves exposure to dust, laundry detergent odors, and loud noise levels. Responsibilities: Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Load and unload raw materials into processing machinery to ensure continuous and efficient production flow. Periodically inspect manufactured products for defects and verify they meet quality standards. Accurately complete all required production reporting and data collection in a timely manner. Oversee the start-up process of production lines to ensure proper setup and functionality. Set up and calibrate machinery according to production specifications and standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues during operations to minimize downtime. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production output and workflow. Verify incoming materials for accuracy and readiness for use in the production process. Requirements & Qualifications: 2–3 years of prior machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong working knowledge of machinery and production equipment. Results-driven with a proactive and motivated work ethic. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members. Excellent problem-solving skills for identifying and troubleshooting operational issues. Ability to train and guide other employees, when necessary. Outstanding attention to detail with strong mechanical and technical aptitude. Capable of identifying and responding to operational or maintenance concerns. Experience performing quality control checks and following proper reporting and recordkeeping procedures. Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis. Steel-toe boots are required.
