full-time early childhood educators/floaters

Co-constructing curriculum alongside children, families, and colleagues
Creating an environment that reflects children's ideas and voices
Planning and leading parent-teacher conferences
Fostering strong, respectful relationships with families
Collaborating with teammates to build a joyful, responsive classroom culture
Engaging in reflective practice and professional learning Work four 10 hour days with an hour paid break daily - 7:30 am-5:30 pm. What We’re Looking For:
A love of young children and a deep respect for their ideas
Prior experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting
A high school diploma or GED (college coursework in early childhood a plus!)
A willingness to pursue 9 credit hours in Early Childhood Education (we’ll cover the cost!)
Enthusiasm for Reggio Emilia and/or Conscious Discipline is a bonus
Must be 18+, with or willing to obtain MO Family Care Registry registration, TB test, and Hep A vaccine
Our center is licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and accredited by the State of Missouri. We care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, offering a nurturing, values-driven environment that reflects our commitment to excellence in Jewish early childhood education. Why wait?
