Programmer/Operator!

In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts that meet our clients' specifications. Program CNC lathes using G-code and other programming languages to create precise components. Set up and operate lathes, ensuring all machines are calibrated and functioning correctly. Monitor production processes and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality standards. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using measuring tools. Collaborate with other team members to optimize machining processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols. Document production data and report any issues or discrepancies to management. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC lathe
operator/programmer. Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine operations. Familiarity with various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and quality control processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. You should be proficient in: GD&T Quality Inspection Experience Equipment Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills CNC Programming G-Code Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use: Optical Comparator CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Okuma) Measurement Gauges Calipers and Micrometers Vertical Lathe
