As a Senior A&P Mechanic, you'll be a crucial part of our client's team working on general aviation aircraft. Your role involves leading maintenance, repairs, and inspections and guiding junior mechanics.
Responsibilities: Perform maintenance tasks such as annual and return-to-service inspections on various aircraft models. Utilize calibrated tools for accurate measurements and adjustments. Mentor and train junior mechanics on maintenance techniques. Collaborate with other departments for efficient maintenance coordination. Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues. Document maintenance activities accurately and timely. Travel for field maintenance operations as required.
Qualifications: Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate. Minimum 5 years' experience with Textron, Cirrus, Piper, and similar aircraft models. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English. Willingness to travel for field maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications: Inspection Authorization (IA) and Pilot's License. Experience with general aviation aircraft. Familiarity with Textron, Cirrus, and similar models.
