Job Description Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Experienced Staff Accountant - Client Accounting Services (CAS)

The Role We are thrilled to expand our Client Accounting Services (CAS) team, and we are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow their accounting expertise across a variety of industries. As an Experienced Staff Accountant on our CAS team, you wont just be crunching numbers youll be at the heart of our mission to empower clients with clarity, confidence, and control over their financial operations.

You will work closely with business owners, CFOs, and internal teams to deliver tailored accounting solutions that go beyond compliance. From managing daily transactions to preparing insightful financial reports, your work will directly impact how our clients make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions Collaborate with clients across industries to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and client-specific requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to help clients make informed decisions. Leverage cloud-based accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Bill.com) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Communicate regularly with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide proactive financial insights. Work closely with senior accountants and managers to support tax preparation and special projects as needed. Stay engaged and informed by attending and participating in firm-wide and department meetings. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-3 years of accounting experience In office (after initial onboarding period hybrid eligible 2 days per week remote) Strong grasp of GAAP and financial reporting Tech-savvy mindset and detail oriented Excellent communication skills and client-first attitude A positive, collaborative energy Efficient at balancing multiple tasks and engagements

Preferred Qualifications CPA license or CPA eligible Experience working in a client-facing or public accounting firm Background in Audit & Assurance QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification Familiarity with CCH software
