We are seeking a
SaaS Account Executive (REMOTE)
for a full time and direct hire role with one of our amazing software partners. This is a remote role for someone located in the north central part of the United States and it does require a lot of travel.
Overview You will be responsible for upselling, cross-selling and renewing existing accounts in the mid-west part of the United States. This a highly motivated person that can effectively sell across a variety of industries and customer profiles in both a transactional and consultative sales cycle. Their product is a mobile field inspections management platform for industries like water, gas and electric utilities, government and AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction).
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of existing customers and work closely with them to assure their success with the software. Hold regular account reviews with customers to provide strategies for them to optimize their return. Work closely with internal departments such as Customer Success, to meet customer expectations. Develop strong relationships with customers to protect ongoing revenue stream and identify and recommend upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Ability to balance a range of high-level activity and responsibilities including outbound calling as well as territory and account support activities. Become a product expert including the product's technical workings and practical business applications. Have a positive and interactive working relationship with Product Management and Product Engineering to resolve issues and to communicate customer needs for future product enhancements. Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales forecast on a weekly cadence.
Requirements: Proven SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding revenue goals. Strong experience prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. GIS, mobile data collection, or field operations software experience is strongly preferred. Ability to keep up-to-date records on accounts and opportunities in Salesforce. Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn and Zoominfo experience preferred but not required. Understand Sandler and MEDDPICC Sales methodology. Excellent negotiation and communication skills for both in person and virtual meetings. A detailed-oriented, well-organized, and punctual person that can work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to travel to support key partners, attend events, and lead in-person meetings (average 30% of the time).
