Cloud Architect . Location:
Indianapolis, Indiana What Youll Do
Job Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) with a focus on large-scale projects. Architect and deploy scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. Design disaster recovery strategies and backup systems to ensure business continuity. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on cloud and DevOps topics. Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery and performance of cloud solutions. Set up environments securely in compliance with FedRAMP or GovRAMP standards, ensuring regulatory adherence. Develop and enforce cloud governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices. Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions for complex projects, ensuring performance and reliability. Oversee cloud migration projects, including the HEARTS EPP and Gateway Cloud Migration, in collaboration with vendors. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency. Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery. Implement security best practices and compliance measures in cloud systems. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance cloud solutions. Oversee cloud cost optimization and budgeting for cost-effective solutions. Utilize monitoring and logging tools to track performance and detect issues early. Collaborate with agency solution architects, developers, stakeholders, and Indiana Office of Technology architects to align with business objectives. Interested?
