Role Overview:
We are expanding our team with experienced Estimator/Project Managers. You will be responsible for estimating, securing, and executing asbestos/lead/mold abatement and other environmental projects within the Chicagoland area, fostering trusted relationships with clients. You will manage projects with an annual sales target of $3 to 5 million and serve as a trusted partner to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing project development from inception to closeout (“cradle to grave”).
Defining scope, timeline, and goals; estimating resources needed.
Mentoring and supervising project teams and contractors.
Attending industry events, conferences, and training.
Collaborating across service lines to grow the business.
Qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 7 years of abatement and/or soft demolition experience.
Associate’s Degree or relevant experience.
Managing projects and estimating in excess of $1 million annually.
OSHA 10/30 Certification; Asbestos/Lead License preferred.
Skills required:
Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Effective communication, management, and problem-solving skills.
Sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Financial forecasting and responsibility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; estimating software is a plus.
Blueprint reading and field takeoff skills are advantageous.
Success in this role involves technical expertise, soft skills, and enthusiasm for growth. We value individuals aligned with our core values: Family, Trust, Humility, and Generosity.
This position offers a salary range of $90,000-$120,000, with a transparent bonus program. Benefits include vehicle mileage, health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, life insurance, generous vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Relocation assistance may be available.
