to lead and expand our business development initiatives in the region.

Position Summary:

The

Regional Director of Business Development

will be responsible for driving census growth, developing and maintaining strong referral relationships, and executing strategic marketing plans across multiple facilities. This individual will collaborate with facility leadership, regional teams, and external partners to enhance market presence and maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth: Lead business development efforts to increase admissions, improve referral partnerships, and meet census goals across the Wisconsin region. Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other key referral sources. Sales and Marketing: Oversee the implementation of targeted marketing and sales strategies, collaborating with facility-level marketing teams. Collaboration: Partner with regional leadership and facility administrators to align business development strategies with organizational goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. Compliance: Ensure all marketing and business development activities comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of business development, sales, or marketing leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care settings. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop business development teams. Relationship Building: Strong network of referral sources and the ability to foster new partnerships. Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making. Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Travel: Willingness to travel regularly across the Wisconsin region.
