Lead and grow the Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology within the Children’s Hospital, driving innovation and advancing Yale's renowned reputation. Oversee pediatric anesthesia services at York Street (main campus) and Shoreline Medical Centers. Collaborate with pediatric cardiac and regional anesthesia teams to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Expand the division's influence by representing it across Yale New Haven Health System and affiliated networks. Champion quality and safety initiatives to maintain Yale's leadership in pediatric anesthesiology. Recruit, mentor, and inspire top-tier faculty, fostering a culture of growth and academic achievement. Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be faculty members in good standing at Yale School of Medicine, be an ABA Diplomate in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology, and have operational and leadership experience with evidence of collaborative governance.
