Position Summary:
Senior Helpers is seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Sales and Marketing Representative to help grow our presence in the Central North Carolina area. This role focuses on building relationships with referral partners, increasing brand awareness, and generating new client leads. You’ll be the face of Senior Helpers in the community—connecting with healthcare providers, senior communities, and local organizations to promote our trusted in-home care services. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, social workers, and other potential partners
Represent Senior Helpers at community events, networking functions, and health fairs
Schedule and conduct regular in-person outreach visits to targeted referral sources
Track outreach activities and results in CRM or designated reporting tools
Collaborate with the care team to ensure a smooth client intake experience
Distribute marketing materials and assist with digital and print campaigns as needed
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in assigned territories
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in healthcare or senior services). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement. Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. Why Work with Senior Helpers:
