SIU Credit Union is a strong and growing credit union doing business in Franklin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Perry, Marion, Randolph, Saline, Massac, Union and Williamson counties in Illinois. We currently have a full time opening for a Loan Servicer in our Carbondale office. If you have the ability to provide a high level of service to our internal and external members, we would like to hear from you. About the Role: As a Loan Servicer, you will play a critical role in supporting our members' financial well-being by ensuring loans are managed accurately and efficiently throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day servicing of loans Provide outstanding member service to borrowers, resolving questions about billing, payment options, and account status Monitor accounts for insurance coverage and maintain the software program accordingly Ensure all servicing practices comply with federal and state regulations What We're Looking For: Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills Effective communicator with a customer-first attitude Ability to navigate loan servicing platforms and financial systems Prior experience in banking, finance, or loan servicing a plus Why Join Us?
