Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Rooms Inspector to join our team at Hampton Inn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards. - Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms and common areas. - Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely and efficient room turnover. - Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and procedures. - Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow up on any necessary actions. - Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. - Respond to guest feedback and concerns regarding room cleanliness and quality.
Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
