IML Labels is a North American printing company specializing exclusively in IML (In-Mold Labeling). Established in 2007, we now service a wide variety of clients, from small enterprises to multinational companies. We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team at our plant in Aurora, IL.
Job Description:
In charge of running Heidelberg Die Cutting Equipment. Operate, perform quality control while it's running, make necessary adjustments, perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment, follow an established preventative maintenance schedule, close communication with supervisor if there's damage to the cutting dies, reading, understanding, and following-up of production files, participate in any other related tasks as needed.
Responsibilities: Machine operation, including adjustments and maintenance Cutting and validation of adequate labels Packaging the labels and identifying the finished boxes Other related tasks will be assigned by the supervisor
Requirements: High school diploma Basic knowledge of the printing industry and good mechanical skills 1-2 years of preferred experience as a Die-Cutting Operator Overtime is required based on production needs (with advanced notice) Great team spirit is a must!
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift 2:00 pm- 10:30pm 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm 6:30 am (Sun-Thru)
