National Sales Manager – Government and Public
Chicago, IL $100k - $125k + Commission
Own your market and turn your relationships into income
You will be establishing a brand new vertical within a national contractor and will be a leader in the business within Government and Public works
The commission structure is built for closers; uncapped quarterly commissions averaging 7 percent of gross profit. Sales executives are directly rewarded for performance
You will join a business that has doubled revenue and are actively building out new verticals, giving ambitious sales professionals the rare opportunity to step in early, lead market expansion, and quickly progress into leadership roles

What you will be doing Be an expert in all things Government and Public sales; gain access to bid boards and make new contacts within your assigned territories Generate your own leads and be proactive in hunting new customers Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving any roofing-related inquiries
What we need from you Minimum 5 years in commercial roofing sales for Government and Public works Able to generate your own leads and have expert knowledge of government and public sales and bid boards Existing contacts within Government market
