Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a parts department or automotive service environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of automotive parts and systems. Experience with inventory management software. Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that the parts department is well-organized and stocked. Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and warranty claims efficiently. Collaborate with service technicians to provide timely parts support for vehicle repairs. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders or inventory.
