Step into the role of Retail Marketing Analyst at Barclays, where you will support our GAP partnerships by providing operational and client-facing support on direct mail and digital platforms. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Creative Center of Excellence (CCOE) team by supporting the creative review of submissions from the GAP and retail partners. This role is located in Wilmington, DE. Purpose of the role To create content that highlights and promotes the bank’s goals and objectives across various platforms and omnichannels by crafting compelling narratives and designing engaging visual content. Accountabilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content messages, themes, and topics that communicate the bank’s objectives. Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including writing, editing, animation creation, and static asset development for communication across platforms. Develop content that engages clients and stakeholders via articles, social media, videos, and infographics. Monitor content performance across channels using analytics tools. Develop and maintain platforms such as microsites to promote the bank’s business objectives, values, products, services, and campaigns for specific audiences.
