Position Overview
We’re hiring a Medical Office Assistant to support front desk operations and patient care coordination in a busy medical office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and committed to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route calls, schedule appointments, and retrieve diagnostic results
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff
Register patients, verify insurance, and process payments
Prepare patients and exam rooms for physician visits
Maintain patient records and departmental logs
Follow up with patients post-procedure and relay updates to physicians
Requirements
Medical Assistant Diploma (Required)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience with patient registration systems preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
