Oversee Operation include stall manpower, liaising with coffee shop owner and customer feedback Manage and coordinate online sales activities, including product listing, order fulfillment, and customer service. Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets. Develop marketing strategies to grow brand presence both online and offline. Handle inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control. Prepare and present monthly operational and financial reports to management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (Food hygiene and safety) Requirements At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in F&B manufacturing or retail. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Singapore food industry regulations and online marketplace operations. Proficient in MS Office and e-commerce platforms.
