What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Coordinate and assign resources to implementation projects across the Dispensing organization - Monitor project status and forecasted revenue to optimize resource allocation - Communicate effectively with project teams and leadership to align staffing needs - Support customer satisfaction through accurate scheduling of project resources - Raise staffing issues and risks to leadership as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Experience communicating with project teams and leadership regarding staffing needs - Must be willing to work independently from a home office with flexible hours, including nights and weekends - Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age due to travel requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 3+ years of experience in scheduling or resource coordination within a technical or systems environment - Experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions - Knowledge of business and hospital systems that integrate with healthcare products - Proficiency in scheduling methodologies and strategic decision-making
