Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.) in psychology, social work, or counseling. Must be certified in School Psychology OR hold a School Psychologist license in California. Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate initiative. Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods, see and read a computer screen and printed material (with or without vision aids), hear and understand speech at normal levels, and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Job Description: Caseload and classroom type will vary based on school location. Recruitment specialists can discuss details upon application to find the best match for your experience and skills. Contract through the 2025/2026 school year, 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Follows the academic district calendar. Essential Functions: Provide evaluation, consultative, and counseling services, including initial psychological assessments and reevaluations for children in special education programs. Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and lead multidisciplinary teams in identifying students with intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders. Communicate assessment results and recommendations verbally and in written reports. Participate in eligibility and program decisions to meet students' needs.
