Senior System Engineer Location :

Washington, DC – Fully Onsite Clearance : Top Secret with SCI Harmonia is currently seeking a Senior System Engineer who understands a wide range of technologies and can provide technology modernization leadership at a major agency. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology while partnering closely with the government to create solutions that support critical customer missions. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end mission system solutions. TS / SCI security clearance is required at the time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed at client facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Duties and Responsibilities : Perform systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex applications that require a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills. Communicate effectively to make recommendations on various technology stacks and execute on those recommendations. Lead and participate in all phases of system development including planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing, and acceptance. Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation. Deliver presentations and briefings as required. Provide support for O&M and system enhancements. Integrate enterprise technologies and applications with other interconnected systems. Provide escalation support to other system support personnel. Develop and implement technology solutions. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Document configurations and procedures. Stay current with the latest technologies. Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange environments (2016 or 2019), including performance management, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of experience in Windows system administration. At least four years of experience as a domain administrator. Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 or 2019, including performance monitoring, applying patches, planning upgrades, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
