Your Impact The primary purpose of the HR Business Partner, Consultant position is to lead, support, facilitate, and drive people processes and projects across assigned client areas in partnership with the HR Business Partner Director and Vice President team. This role enhances business performance and employee engagement by diagnosing issues and opportunities and taking necessary actions. It also serves as a coordination point to deliver targeted HR programs and services that generate measurable value. The HR Business Partner, Consultant will assist in overseeing HR programs and initiatives, develop and execute project plans, and lead HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent planning, leadership development, and diversity initiatives. Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships is key, along with leveraging HR expertise to provide sound judgment and innovative solutions.
