Job Description :
What You'll Be Doing : The Client Director, Data Solutions - Retail and Marketing promotes and sells Cotality solutions and services, ensures a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieves sales goals within an assigned territory or industry vertical as Retail and Marketing. This senior outside sales role targets medium to large businesses, building a pipeline, ensuring retention, and driving new growth. Ownership of the full sales cycle to drive the sale of solutions/services to new and existing clients to achieve revenue objectives. Research and identify new business opportunities and engage prospective clients. Identify relevant products, solutions, and services to meet customer needs; ensure use case; plan, prioritize, and execute discussions with clients. Protect and grow CoreLogic's relationships and scope of influence; develop and manage client relationships with key decision-makers, approvers, and influencers; develop and execute sales strategies through a defined account plan. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and evangelize how CoreLogic capabilities align with their business to identify solutions. Act as a strategic advisor and partner to the client. Serve as the voice of the customer; share client feedback and insights with internal stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely sales activity reports; actively manage pipeline via SharePoint, CRM, and Excel. Manage follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products/services; coordinate with Account Management and Client Services as needed. Job Qualifications : Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 7+ years of direct sales experience. Five years of experience in retail and marketing or similar, preferably in solutions sales, with a proven track record. Ability to acquire new customer relationships and meet/exceed sales targets. Experience in solution selling, influencing, negotiation, and developing relationships. Strong analytical, decision-making, and judgment skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Deep market awareness and business acumen. Professional demeanor. Ability to travel up to 40%. Annual Pay Range :
