Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only) Department overview : The Creative Services department provides strategic guidance on marketing strategy and messaging, as well as expertise in brand management and implementation. We are responsible for visually interpreting and executing the message of our numerous clients to our customers at an extremely high level while still staying within brand guidelines. Overview : The Graphic Designer (GD) provides design services for the in-house agency. The GD supports the design leader in developing and producing Tier 2 & 3 digital and print-based marketing collateral and internal communications materials for clients. The GD must demonstrate competent design skills to achieve high standards for all materials and have a basic understanding of clients’ business challenges to execute design requests effectively. Key Responsibilities Design and manage Tier 2 & 3 marketing materials from start to finish. Develop initial rough layouts or mock-ups for review with senior graphic designers and art directors. Provide design support for assigned client groups and support projects from other clients as needed. Collaborate with the writing team for specific project objectives. Work with the art director for design support and insights. Ensure the final development of creative assets meets accuracy, detail, and design objectives. Adhere to brand guidelines and directives in all executions. Partner with the art director and account team for effective outcomes. Participate in client and account meetings as applicable. Respond promptly and thoroughly to requests and communications. Contribute to team performance and foster a collaborative environment. Seek input from teammates and support leadership in building a unified team mindset. Engage in professional development to stay competitive. Provide honest feedback to team members to strive for excellence. Question direction respectfully to clarify strategies or fill gaps. Review briefs thoroughly to understand objectives. Work with some guidance from senior staff and ensure accuracy. Support and demonstrate knowledge of corporate branding. Represent the marketing department’s objectives and visual identity. Skills And Knowledge Required Expertise in design techniques, tools, and procedures for applicable media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign and Acrobat; certification a plus. Intermediate skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and quality control practices. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office. Experience with wireframing and prototyping (Adobe XD a plus). Understanding of design in traditional and digital channels. Ability to manage personal workload and project timelines. Excellent design, production, and prepress skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate visual concepts clearly. Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and data-driven design decisions. High standards for quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines. Willingness to work extra hours when needed. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities. Creative problem-solving and proactive assistance. Attention to detail in final work preparation. Education / Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field. Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience, either external or in-house. Portfolio submission required. Adobe InDesign certification a plus.
