A highly respected personal injury law firm in Florida is seeking a
Senior Trial Attorney
to lead complex, high-value litigation cases from complaint to verdict. This role is for an accomplished trial lawyer with a strong courtroom presence, proven results, and a desire to fight for justice against corporate and insurance defendants. The position offers access to major litigation cases with multi-million-dollar policy limits, a fully resourced legal support team, and significant opportunities for compensation and professional recognition. Location: Miami Lakes, FL Duties: Take full lead on trial litigation from inception through verdict Depose expert witnesses and manage complex discovery Conduct mediations, hearings, and jury trials in high-stakes injury cases Strategize and argue motions in court Oversee litigation teams, including junior attorneys, paralegals, and case managers Ensure litigation protocols and SOP compliance are followed across teams Collaborate with firm leadership to maintain case quality and outcomes Mentor and train junior litigation staff Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal injury litigation Proven track record with at least 10 first-chair jury trials to verdict Experience managing complex, catastrophic injury cases involving large policy limits Excellent oral advocacy, strategic litigation planning, and trial preparation skills Leadership ability to manage litigation teams and mentor junior lawyers Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications: Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Skills: Mastery of trial strategy, evidence, and courtroom procedure High-level negotiation and communication skills Strong case evaluation and client relationship management Effective multitasking and performance under pressure Advanced knowledge of personal injury and insurance law Two structured bonus options: Draw plus percentage of settlements/verdicts Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid time off and holidays Confidential mental health and wellness support Professional development resources and growth opportunities Company info BCG Attorney Search 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900 Miami Florida United States 33131 Phone :
