Inventory Control Coordinator
plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and control within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include conducting daily inventory operations, maintaining system accuracy, supporting process improvements through data analysis, monitoring material usage variances, executing cycle counts and adjustments, generating inventory reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Create and maintain detailed inventory reports, including counts, discrepancies, and trend analysis. Analyze and report inventory data to management, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies and support schedules. Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and Warehouse Management (WM) systems. Ensure correct allocation of inventory to production orders and work centers. Participate in root-cause investigations for inventory differences, drive corrective actions, and verify follow-through. Coach employees on SAP usage. Support audits by providing documentation. Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives. Skills for success: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Experience: 1-3 years in inventory, supply chain, or operations analysis, preferably in manufacturing or CPG. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and inventory control tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with inventory management systems. What We Offer:
