Mooresville, Indiana The Role
Supervises and coordinates the activities and associates of the Returns Department. Responsible for the accuracy and punctuality of all returns, including crediting customer accounts, evaluating merchandise for defects, reconciling invoices and credits, and supporting with refusals and their processes. Ensures maximum safety and productivity without sacrificing quality. Reports to and supports the Operations Manager with record keeping, staffing, overtime, and staff adjustments. You will support the returns department and other operations departments, aiming for high efficiency in KPIs to meet customer expectations. Your primary functions include: Overseeing the returns department, delegating responsibilities, managing timekeeping, and maintaining workflow. Identifying underperforming associates, retraining, and ensuring process accuracy and completeness. Providing equipment and tools, conducting safety walkthroughs, and following safety protocols. Communicating with leadership, managing headcounts, and reporting department changes. Crediting customer accounts, evaluating returned merchandise, supporting SOP creation, and managing related processes like labeling and scanning. Who You Are
Team Player People Person Positive Person Analytical Preferred Experience
1-3 years of leadership experience 1-2 years in returns or similar departments Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and supply chain software or WMS systems What We'll Offer
