What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead attribution strategy and execution by designing and optimizing marketing attribution models and mixed media modeling (MMM) - Analyze customer acquisition funnels and develop lifetime value models to guide strategic marketing decisions - Create and maintain marketing data models using dbt and SQL within the Snowflake environment - Build marketing dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making for marketing teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing analytics align with broader business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications): - 5-7 years of marketing analytics experience, focusing on attribution modeling, MMM, and growth metrics in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments - Expert SQL skills with experience in complex query optimization and working with large datasets - Proficiency in Snowflake, including performance optimization and advanced warehouse features - Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling in production environments - Strong statistical analysis skills, including experimental design and A/B testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with building dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics capabilities, especially with Omni - Practical experience implementing and optimizing marketing attribution models and mixed media modeling
