We are seeking an Investor Relations professional who can combine strategic thinking with flawless execution to engage our investor base, strengthen relationships, and communicate our firm’s unique value proposition. This role requires someone who can manage detailed processes, produce high-quality materials, and serve as a trusted point of contact for investors. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a deep understanding of Indus Capital’s investment strategies, target investor segments, and the competitive marketplace. Take full ownership of due diligence activities, including preparing and managing questionnaires, coordinating on-site reviews, and responding to RFPs and related requests. Lead the creation and coordination of investor communications, such as periodic reports, presentations for meetings, webinar content, and other tailored materials. Share responsibility for the Investor Relations inbox, ensuring inquiries are monitored and addressed promptly and professionally. Manage and oversee the team’s CRM (Dynamo) processes—entering meeting notes, updating account and contact information, tracking the pipeline, and ensuring data accuracy. Support outreach initiatives by organizing investor events, sending targeted emails for roadshows, preparing meeting follow-ups, and conducting research ahead of investor engagements. Prepare briefing materials and background documents for portfolio managers and research analysts prior to client meetings. Coordinate cap introduction opportunities from prime brokers, including performance data, peer comparisons, and other relevant intelligence. Uphold compliance with all firm policies, industry regulations, and internal/external procedures. Collaborate closely with investment teams, operations, and external partners to deliver timely, high-quality responses to investor needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of investor relations experience within the financial services industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing complex tasks. In-depth knowledge of the alternative investments space. Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. Creative thinker with proven problem-solving abilities. Quick to adapt in a dynamic, high-paced setting; eager and able to learn new concepts rapidly. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for results. Capable of setting priorities effectively and working independently while taking initiative. Forward-thinking, able to anticipate needs and plan multiple steps ahead. Dedicated team player who is willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities to support shared goals. Persistent, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success.
