Flex Associate Producer SPV - Bellevue, WA

Description The FLEX Associate Producer, Salesperson Video Program, is responsible for supporting salesperson video shoots for Nordstrom.com. The goal is to provide a great online customer experience while connecting customers with our people, stores, and Nordstrom’s deep fashion expertise. The role requires strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to flex between prep/organization and on-set shoots. This position offers a flexible schedule, with hours and shifts varying based on workload. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up video set daily, including filming fixtures, set laptop, and product for shoots. Ensure talent is prepared on product and workflow, and adhere to filming schedules to meet throughput goals per shift. Assist in product preparation (hanging, steaming, tag and censor removal) and product wrap-up (re-tagging, boxing, shipping). Coach talent on set to create engaging and valuable content. Accurately enter data, track processes, and communicate with program teams. Provide constructive feedback to talent to enhance program quality. Communicate on-set progress, upcoming needs, and process improvements. Coordinate with store teams and leaders to ensure smooth workflow and relay feedback on set or store issues affecting production. Effective Communication Develops People QUALIFICATIONS: Self-motivated, highly organized, goal-oriented team player committed to excellent customer service. 1-3 years of retail, eCommerce, or commercial video production experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing deadlines. Experience managing video shoots from start to finish. Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. Styling experience is preferred.
