Work with vendors getting quotes for parts and supplies. Create POs for new parts/services orders. Issue parts out of inventory Responsible for keeping parts room organized. (5S) Set up returns for parts and machines. Responsible for setting inventory min and max with direction from maintenance manager Required to document critical spare parts in MVP. Required to complete parts room inventory checks monthly. Code invoices for Accounts payable issued to maintenance department. Expected basic computer skills, Excel, and windows experience and able to learn MVP maintenance system. Able to work safely and independently and be strong team player. Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements High School degree, some college preferred 2+ years' work experience parts room setting Database management MS Office proficiency, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Working knowledge of plant equipment and parts a plus May be required to work long hours and weekends Why Choose Ruprecht?
