A well established financial services client of ours in the Boston area is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their Performance Marketing team. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns from ideation through execution. The ideal candidate thrives on process optimization, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for campaign detail and continuous improvement. This individual will be a strong communicator, comfortable working independently, and adept at managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results for clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage marketing campaigns from concept through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to budget. Collaborate with creative teams to develop or update campaign materials. Oversee direct mail production, including specification sheets, print quantities, and vendor coordination. Ensure all creative assets comply with legal, regulatory, and client-specific guidelines. Obtain and track all required approvals and communicate project status to stakeholders. Review proofs, audits, and production details for quality assurance. Monitor and manage campaign budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Track campaign deliverables, including postal receipts and vendor performance. Lead and participate in weekly status calls, providing clear updates and action items. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign performance. Maintain strong vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement in service levels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of direct marketing experience, with emphasis on Direct Mail and Email preferred. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign management tools. Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and quality control. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative, leadership, and ownership over assigned projects. Effective problem-solving skills with vendors and internal teams. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients, vendors, and colleagues. This role will be fully remote and candidates must be New England based.
