Rocket is looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing Measurement to elevate how we assess and optimize marketing performance across a diverse portfolio. About the role Collaborate closely with the marketing leadership team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives

Evaluate and deploy cutting-edge marketing measurement tools and technologies, leveraging them to augment data collection, analysis and reporting capabilities in alignment with contemporary industry standards

Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive consensus on the effectiveness of marketing efforts

Develop and deliver compelling reports, intuitive and self-service dashboards and engaging and clear presentations that distill marketing performance metrics, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for consumption by senior leadership

Drive continuous optimization of marketing strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights, including budget allocation, audience targeting and campaign messaging

Cultivate and empower a high-performing marketing measurement team, nurturing their professional growth through mentorship, guidance and targeted development initiatives

Integrate consumer segment analysis, brand perception insights, and consumer value metrics with hard financial data to quantify the impact of brand building efforts

About you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Applied Statistics, Information Technology, or 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement.

3+ years in people leadership and team member performance

Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Amplitude.

Ability to drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams

Expertise in marketing measurement methodologies, tools and technologies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets, draw actionable conclusions, and communicate findings effectively

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the capacity to influence and inspire senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field

7+ years of experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement.

3+ years in people leadership and team member performance

Background in consulting or agency environments supporting enterprise-level marketing analytics

Experience mentoring and developing team members

Familiarity with the financial services industry

Extensive knowledge of supported business domains

Experience designing and implementing incrementality testing frameworks

Proven success in connecting marketing performance to financial outcomes, including ROI and customer lifetime value

Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, brand tracking, and consumer behavior analytics

Familiarity with media mix modeling and forecasting techniques

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of measurement best practices
