Main purpose of the Brand Ambassador Account Assistant role: Assist with recruitment and growth of REVOLVE’s Brand Ambassador program, a commission-based program that invites a robust network of influencers to earn as they share their favorite products with their community on social. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Actively recruit a diverse group of influencers to join the Brand Ambassador program • Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with ambassadors • Support in monthly gifting of top ambassadors and influencers • Identify new opportunities on social (including platforms, content strategy and more) to grow the Brand Ambassador program and drive additional sales Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: • Excellent communication skills • Hyper organized and ability to manage an expansive network of influencers and relationships • Be creative and solution-oriented • Team player and self-starter Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing/Communications preferred • 1+ years of experience working in social and influencer marketing (internship experience included) A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
