Disney Experience's in-house trading desk is looking for a Programmatic Activation Sr. Analyst to support Disneyland Resorts. In this role, you will manage programmatic campaigns, including setup, process documentation, optimizations, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation.You Will: Develop strategy, prepare tactical plans and budget recommendations for assigned campaigns Be responsible for supporting strategic and optimization pivots across your assigned LOBs, to maximize business objectives Manage and optimize programmatic buys to support branding and direct response across multiple DSPs (Amazon DSP, Google DV360, Yahoo DSP, and The Trade Desk) Manage and develop strong relationships with platform support teams and internal stakeholders Design tests to evaluate DSP platforms and varying campaign strategies Prepare insights for partner-facing campaign performance reports Provide technical influence and lead cross-team projects and initiatives You Have: 5years of hands-on-keyboard Ad Operations and/or Programmatic Trading experience Self-service experience with demand-side platforms and ad servers Extensive experience with programmatic ecosystem including supply-side platforms / ad exchanges, data management platforms, brand safety partners, data partners, and publishers Exceptional troubleshooting, time management, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesRequired Education:Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Any Marketing, Programming, or Computer Science degree or background is a plus Benefits and Perks:Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. Learn more about our benefits and perks at hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA, is $114,900.00 - $154,100.00 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered..
