LG Home Appliances Area Sales Manager LG Electronics / MarketSource, a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies, is seeking a Territory Account Representative. The LG Area Sales Manager bridges the physical and digital shopping environments, working with retail partners and engaging directly with consumers through various channels, including social media. Responsibilities / Duties : Support stores both in-person and virtually Train and motivate store personnel on product features and benefits Influence store and district leaders to support sales strategies Implement action plans to increase sales and market share Build strong relationships with retail and field leadership Record and submit sales and market information after visits Identify and deliver training opportunities within the territory Support marketing initiatives and maintain store displays and signage Visit retail stores regularly to ensure proper product presentation Address retailer issues promptly Manage social media presence to build brand awareness and engagement Create content and grow followers across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Connect with consumers and sales associates effectively Operate camera equipment for content creation Follow up to achieve goals and communicate market insights Provide excellent service to customers and internal teams Maintain LG training certifications Education and Work Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, or 4+ years retail sales/management experience At least 3 years in retail home appliances, electronics, or technology Proven record of territory account sales Strong presentation, communication, and on-camera skills Financial and analytical skills Ability to build relationships and adapt style Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude Influencing skills without authority Ability to work independently and multitask Strong organizational skills and creative problem-solving abilities Experience with video chat equipment Additional Job Requirements : Home setup for virtual work Physical ability for tasks like bending, lifting (up to 20 pounds), and store movement Travel up to 75%, including some overnight and airline travel Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance MarketSource is an Equal Opportunity Employer
