to develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and community-based referral sources, increase Medicare and overall census, review prospective residents' needs, and represent the facility in community functions and events. Ability to plan, organize, and present ideas effectively to community groups. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to analyze information and make recommendations. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred, but not required. Ability to establish and maintain effective marketing and public relations programs. Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. Flexible working hours, including weekends as needed. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word. Essential Job Functions: Develop relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and community organizations. Maintain relationships with physicians and recruit new physicians for resident care. Assist physicians with credentialing processes. Review and assess prospective residents' needs and facilitate admission decisions within established guidelines.
