Overview

The CyberArk Security Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk's suite, supporting infrastructure. You'll work closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to secure privileged accounts, implement access controls, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts and sensitive environments. Deploy and maintain key CyberArk components: Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PVWA, HTML5GW, CCP, EVD. Integrate platforms (Windows, UNIX, databases) with CyberArk and manage access policies. Monitor and audit privileged account activity, generate security reports, and support incident response/troubleshooting for PAM solutions. Automate credential management, session monitoring, and threat analytics using CyberArk tools. Perform health checks, system updates, patching, and production migrations. Collaborate with business and IT teams to map functional requirements, gather customizations, and optimize PAM workflows. Support disaster recovery planning, ensure compliance with financial service regulations. Document installation procedures, configuration standards, and operational best practices. Conduct knowledge transfer and user training sessions for CyberArk systems and security protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in CyberArk PAM: implementation, configuration, and administration (finance industry experience preferred). CyberArk Defender/Sentry certification highly desired. Strong expertise in privileged identity management, automation, and security best practices. Fluency in scripting (PowerShell, REST API integration, .NET or VBScript a plus). Experience with enterprise Windows Server and UNIX/Linux environments. Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOX, SEC, NIST, ISO 27001, financial regulations). Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field preferred. Preferred
