The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in complex litigation with a focus on technology and intellectual property matters. A strong desire to engage in trial work, combined with an interest in science and technology, is essential for success in this role. Duties: Handle substantive litigation tasks, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy Analyze and communicate complex engineering and scientific concepts Contribute to the development of litigation plans and procedural tactics Work independently and within teams on various high-stakes matters Maintain organized workflows and ensure effective case management Engage in business development activities and demonstrate a proactive mindset Requirements: 2-4 years of experience handling complex litigation in the intellectual property and/or technology space Demonstrated interest in litigation and trial work Familiarity with advanced scientific or technical subject matter Licensed to practice law in New York or eligible for admission Education: J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field preferred Certifications: Admission to the United States Patent & Trademark Office is a plus, but not mandatory Skills: Excellent legal research and writing abilities Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills High level of initiative and capacity for self-direction Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Technologically adept and intellectually curious Collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial mindset Job Location: New York City, NY (hybrid schedule; minimum three in-office days per week) Company info BCG Attorney Search 125 Park Avenue, 25th floor New York New York United States 10017 Phone :
