Job Description:
Pay Range: $73hr - $77hr
The SAP SD/RAR Business Analyst will analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. The candidate will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. Responsibilities include configuring system settings, planning and executing testing, and creating specifications to meet business needs. The role may also involve consultation and leadership of cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
Analyze complex business problems and identify automated system solutions. Provide technical expertise to develop cost-effective systems that meet user requirements. Configure system settings and options. Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Design details of automated systems based on business requirements. Create functional and technical specifications. Provide consultation to users on automated systems. May lead cross-functional teams to address business or system issues. Requirement/Must Have:
Subject Matter Expert with expert-level knowledge in SAP SD/RAR functionality across Revenue Accounting & Reporting. 8+ years of experience as a Senior SAP SD Business Analyst in SAP ECC 6.0/S4 HANA and SAP BRIM. Hands-on experience implementing SAP projects and performing support activities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Ability to interact with all levels of business users, including end-users and executives. Highly motivated with attention to detail and strong multi-tasking capabilities. Strong skillset in Contract Management, Billing Plans, Billing, and Collections. Should Have:
Experience in the RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting, PS, Revenue) functional area. Knowledge of SAP revenue recognition engine (RAR) and exposure to ASC 606 revenue standards. Exposure to or experience in the SaaS industry. Experience integrating SAP S4 HANA with SAP BRIM and SAP EMS. Knowledge of Agile methodology. Qualification And Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in SAP Sales and Distribution module is a plus.
