Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source candidates for various positions.
Collaborate to open positions as needed.
Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising, posting, and sourcing.
Source and identify qualified candidates and develop networks to support a strong pipeline.
Coordinate with Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter regarding candidate submissions, feedback, interview requests, and offers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience.
Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, managing a high-volume workload of 8–10+ hires per month.
Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, including making cold calls.
Experience working with geographically dispersed virtual teams and independently or collaboratively.
Ability to adapt recruitment strategies based on changing priorities.
Comfort working in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System.
Understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance.
Compensation Range:
$79,899.94 - $106,533.25
