We are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Vice President of Marketing to lead our next growth phase. This role involves shaping and executing a modern, integrated marketing strategy to build brand equity, drive demand, and position Schellman as a category leader in cybersecurity compliance and professional services. You will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer, lead a talented in-house team, manage agency partners, and drive measurable impact across awareness, acquisition, retention, and expansion. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute Schellman’s integrated marketing strategy supporting client acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and market expansion. Align marketing plans with company goals across content, digital, demand generation, events, brand, and partner channels. Shape brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure market differentiation. Build and lead a high-performing, creative, and ownership-driven team. Demand Generation & Lifecycle Marketing

Manage full-funnel demand generation across inbound and outbound channels (SEO/SEM, ABM, email, paid media, partners, events). Design scalable campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and improve conversion rates. Implement lifecycle marketing programs for onboarding, engagement, and long-term client value. Marketing Operations & Performance

Establish marketing operations infrastructure for efficiency, measurement, and insights. Develop dashboards for campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI. Stay informed on industry trends and Martech innovations for continuous improvement. Content & Enablement

Oversee content strategy for thought leadership, sales enablement, and digital assets. Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery to ensure messaging resonates and accelerates deals. Drive thought leadership, PR, and media strategies to enhance visibility and credibility. Qualifications

10–15+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership, preferably in cybersecurity or compliance. Deep understanding of marketing for professional services, with proven growth strategies and revenue impact. Expertise in integrated marketing, branding, demand generation, and analytics. Proficiency with HubSpot and modern marketing tech stacks; strong data skills. Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills. Strategic, creative, and action-oriented mindset. Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Experience in professional services or software marketing is a plus. Some travel (10–20%) may be required.
