As an Entry Level Communications Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various communication initiatives, including public relations, social media, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and distributing internal and external communications materials. Support the management of social media profiles, including content creation and scheduling posts. Help coordinate events, including webinars and workshops, to enhance communication efforts. Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform communication strategies. Collaborate with team members to draft press releases, articles, and blog posts. Maintain and update communication channels, ensuring content accuracy and relevance. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative communication ideas.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
