Requirements: Valid license to practice law in California (additional licensure in other states is a plus). 3-12+ years of experience in insurance defense, including bodily injury defense, construction defect, and employment law. Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload. Experience in litigation and a passion for client service. Education: Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: California Bar license is required. Skills: Insurance defense litigation expertise, especially in bodily injury, construction defect, and employment-related matters. Strong negotiation and settlement skills. Proficient in legal research, writing, and document drafting. Ability to handle complex legal issues with minimal supervision. Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
