Requirements
1 to 6 years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience. Clerkship experience is advantageous. Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Strong legal research and discovery response skills. Effective advocacy skills for mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings. Attention to detail and strong communication skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
Admitted to the Connecticut State Bar or eligible for admission with a UBE score. Skills
