Handle general office duties as assigned. How you will do it Support project operations by uploading and maintaining project data via Job Design/BBI Monitor the status of small projects (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler) Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding material and labor requirements Ensure engineering meets customer expectations Coordinate with TIS supervisor and/or construction manager on labor needs Order equipment and ensure timely delivery to customers Report project status to department managers Process change orders, release equipment, manage files, and handle warranties and insurance certificates Assist with billing, including compiling backups like payroll and work tickets Handle customer and contract disputes as needed Coordinate equipment delivery to job sites Coordinate delivery of close-out documents Create purchase orders for subcontractors Verify project schedules and attend progress meetings Track RFIs, change orders, and other documentation Follow up with sales regarding project bookings and job releases Assist with Accounts Receivable processes Act as a liaison between OTC, District, and customers as directed Support dispute resolution and communicate with customers when necessary What we look for Required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of ACE, OASys, and Job Cost Systems Valid driver’s license with a good driving record High School diploma or equivalent Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Preferred Associate’s Degree preferred 3-5 years of related experience Experience in high-volume customer service Electrical/construction industry experience is a plus HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $28.00 to $38.00, based on qualifications.
