As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Solution Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team's job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

The Presales team is a strategic partner to the sales organization and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday solution for our customers and prospects in some of the largest customers in the world. About the Role At Workday, Digital Solution Consultants are responsible for partnering with the sales teams and delivering product demonstrations to business users in the office of the CHRO to highlight the value of Workday's platform as a true business decision making solution. Digital Solution Consulting focuses on add on opportunities across the North American Customer Base and into our Emerging Markets business. About the role Our Presales team is a strategic partner to the sales organization and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday solution for our customers and prospects. We take our culture as a key foundation to the way we work together and how we hold each other accountable. Responsibilities: Articulate the value of Workday's product suite, specifically focusing on Evisort, Workday Strategic Sourcing and Workday Procurement.
Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand requirements, current business processes, and ideal future state
Build tailored presentations and run enterprise-grade proof of concepts demonstrating Evisort’s efficiency for sophisticated use cases, including supplier management, quote to cash, regulatory and policy compliance, and legal diligence
Improve Evisort's subject matter expertise in key industries by identifying and trialing new use cases, training custom AI models, building industry-specific playbooks, and working with marketing to develop use-case-specific campaigns
Apply Evisort's configurable AI solutions to build verticalized solutions for healthcare, finance, high tech, media and entertainment, and other industries
Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations of Workday Financials, particularly our procurement solution and strategic sourcing solution.
Supporting marketing events.
Travel up to 50% of the time is expected
About You Basic Qualifications: Solution Consultant 2+ years of experience in customer facing role
or
2+ years of experience in procurement, legal or finance
Specific experience in contracts, CLM or AI desired
Understanding of Workday products a plus
Other Qualifications Strong strategic vision and capable of developing and presenting arguments for AI-driven transformation.
Understanding of AI technology and Large Language Models and their application to contract and document management or related fields.
Passionate about applying AI to sophisticated legal and business transformation processes.
Ability to run multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to various audiences.
Bachelor's Degree or other relevant work experience/military service
Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
