What You Will Do Biosero is seeking driven Engineers to join our robotic automation team. You will help build, install, and support innovative laboratory and industrial robotic systems. You will work with evolving technologies such as collaborative and mobile robotics, machine vision, machine learning, and AI. We are looking for passionate engineers eager to learn and grow with our company as we develop remarkable products. This position requires 50-70% travel (planned in advance). Target Location: San Diego, CA Responsibilities: Support automation projects from build to site installation, including operational acceptance testing and customer training. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Green Button Go instrumentation drivers. Support Biosero software products such as Green Button Go scheduling software, GBG Suite, and Transfer Map liquid handling software. Collaborate with sales, applications, software, and integration teams to ensure customer success and account growth. Promote and support service agreement sales. Write technical documentation, knowledge base articles, service notes, and troubleshooting procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related field. At least 3 years of experience with laboratory equipment or field service support. Ability to troubleshoot networking issues. Software skills, especially in C#, are a plus. Experience in Pharma/Life Science industry and familiarity with laboratory instruments from Hamilton, Beckman, Tecan, Agilent, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and analytic ability. Comfortable as a subject matter expert and trainer, capable of customer training and live software demos. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of installation, repair, and troubleshooting at various system levels. Ability to produce professional technical reports and procedures. High accountability, responsibility, and technical competence. Results-oriented with a task-focused approach. Benefits The salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.
